Funds locked demanding verification from nonexistent Skrill account
The casino is requesting verification documents that are not stated in their T&C and physically impossible.
Their terms and conditions state as of 19th of April, 2021: "All payouts and refunds will be processed using the same method used for depositing. Other payout or refund methods could be approved by Us case by case after appropriate verification."
I have two email addresses. Email A, Email B.
Email A is used for registering to gambling sites, etc. (I am registered with this on Rolletto!)
Email B is used for linking it with Skrill and other more personal stuff.
I have deposted through Email B with Skrill, which they have gladly accepted, I had some winnings and they demand verification from my Skrill account which is showing Email A. The problem is, there is no Skrill account with Email A on my name, I did not deposit using this email, but they still demand verification of this. They say that the account's email and my Skrill email must match (then why did they accept my deposit???). No relevant T&C information on that either as of today.
They are breaching their own terms and conditions and locking my money with nonsense reasoning. I urge everybody to do not use this casino, as there is a high possibility that it is a ponzi scheme.
This is a way of them declining my withdrawal and locking my funds. I have never ever encountered a casino do this to me and be so reluctant to answer my inquires, to find another method. I am also available for Skype or whatever verification they request, but they do not, because they are purposefully locking my money.
