Casino doesn't want to pay my winnings

Hello Askgamblers,

I'm making this complaint as I see that what is happening to me has happened to other players...

So as a start, I registered in Rolletto on February 1st ,2023.

I first made my account to be verified before making my first deposit.

Once my account has been verified so I made a deposit of 207,04€ using Litecoin with a bonus of 250%..

So I had to wager more than 21k€.

With a lot of luck, I successfully manage to beat the wager and instantly made withdrawals in 2 parts as per their terms and conditions, players are only allowed to withdraw 7500€ per week...

About 2 or 3 days later, my withdrawals have been rejected and after an exchange with Livetchat support,it was on my side cause their system doesn't allow uploading documents of more than 2mo.. so,I agree that one of the photos of my ID which was larger than 2mo, I took a screenshot of it and sent it...

So, I've been asked to send again documents and only photos..

What I successfully manage to do this time and receive that account has been verified..

And there we go...

Withdrawals have been returned to my rolletto account because now I've to send a selfie with I'd and paper with written information ( name of the casino, my username, current date,).

I did so and the account has been verified and once again I made withdrawals..

...which has been rejected one more time because I've to send a selfie video with Id...

I did it again, and the video was approved yesterday 9/02/2023 and I was thinking that my winnings will be paid as they clearly stated to me while discussing about this with Livetchat...

Nope... Withdrawals have been canceled one more time!!! And can't make any more a cashout... I've a screenshot of that too!!

And now they want my WhatsApp phone number, which I already gave them because it's my registered phone on my rolletto account...

So as consequence, after reading so many bad reviews against them from players here and elsewhere, I just inform them about what I was going to do ( complaints to Curaçao Gambling Commission, Complaints to CasinoGuru, and other Gambling sites reviewers ).

So, AskGamblers, as I've all the discussions and exchange with them if needed, I hope you'll help me cause, I just want Rolletto to stand by their terms and conditions and pay me my winnings accordingly as I've requested them. And to respect 7500€ per week.

Today , 23/02/2023 I have received the remaining money due to me ( 6451€ ) .

So , all my winnings have been paid in full ( 13951€ ) and as a consequence, this complaint can be closed and my case is now resolved.

Thanks Askgamblers , and just hope that for other players Rolletto will stand by their rules and respect agreements between them and players.

After making my withdrawal of my remaining balance , I received a couple minutes ago that message from Rolletto support :


So as you can see on the attached screenshot, once again , Rolletto is delaying and trying not to pay me my winnings cause I've made cashouts request for the first withdrawal of 7500€ on the 15/02/2023 and be paid on the 16/02/2023 . And moreover , my total cashout amount for the month doesn't exceed 15000€ because : 7500+6451= 13951€!

So you can clearly see that Rolletto is trying to do its best in order to not pay me the rest of my money.

So , I once again made a new cashouts request and I just want Rolletto to stand by their rules and simply pay me my winnings!!!!

I am reaching out to formally submit a complaint against Rolletto Casino, which has been unlawfully withholding my funds and refusing to provide a resolution. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with their support team, I have been met with vague responses, endless delays, and a complete lack of transparency regarding my account status.


Details of the Complaint:

Issue Summary:

A few weeks ago, my account was suddenly blocked, and my balance was frozen without warning. I contacted customer support multiple times and was informed that my account was “under investigation.” However, they refuse to provide any details regarding the investigation, a valid reason for withholding my funds, or a timeline for resolution.


Despite my repeated follow-ups, Rolletto continues to ignore my requests for a clear explanation and immediate withdrawal of my rightful funds. Their lack of transparency and refusal to release my money is deeply concerning, and I strongly believe they are engaging in unfair and unethical practices.


Attempts to Resolve the Issue:

I have contacted their support team multiple times via email and live chat.

I have asked for specific details about the investigation and when I will receive my funds.

They continue to evade my questions and provide no resolution.

My funds remain illegally withheld with no timeframe for release.


Request for Assistance:

I kindly request AskGamblers’ intervention to help mediate this dispute and hold Rolletto accountable. My funds must be released immediately, and they should provide a legitimate reason for their actions.


This casino’s behavior raises serious concerns about their fairness and integrity, and I urge you to take appropriate action to ensure they do not continue to mistreat players in this manner.
