I deposited €1900 and won €4000. I requested a withdrawal of €1000 on April 5th, and it's been over 48 hours and it's still not approved. Customer service tells me exactly the same thing as all the casinos in this group: "There may be longer delays due to a high volume of requests; there are also security checks," even though my account is already verified. Please, askgamblers, can you help me expedite the process? Otherwise, it will take me a month to withdraw the €4000.
