Withdrawal refused and account restricted without reason

I deposited and used the casino normally without any restrictions.

When I attempted to withdraw my funds, my withdrawal was canceled and I received multiple inconsistent explanations from the casino.

First, I was told I needed to wager 50 EUR. I had already wagered 35 EUR, and then I placed an additional bet of 50 EUR as instructed.

After that, I was told there was a technical issue. Then I was told I had to wait for my live bet to settle. After that, I was told to wait several hours.

Later, my account was restricted after I made a public comment about the casino, which is unrelated to my withdrawal request.

Additionally, I can no longer access my account history or transaction details. This lack of transparency prevents me from verifying my activity and raises serious concerns.

These explanations are contradictory and constantly changing. I did not use any bonus, therefore wagering requirements should not apply.

My balance is currently available for withdrawal, yet the casino is refusing to process it.

I request a clear explanation and the immediate processing of my withdrawal.

All relevant evidence including chats, emails, and account balance screenshots are attached.

I am requesting the full withdrawal of my balance without any further delays or restrictions.

I am willing to provide any additional information or evidence if required.

The whole thing started when I heard about the site. I deposited money NOK 2,000. To bet on sports. You can bet a maximum of NOK 250. I agree with that. Then I have played up the account to 5,768 nok. It's not much. Then I couldn't set games anymore. I contacted customer service several times. The answer I got was, bet on something else. I tried for several days to tell that I can't play football, hockey, basketball, boxing cricket. regardless of the amount, whether it is 1 nok or 250 nok. then I was told to try a lower one.. then I explained that 1 is enough 0.085 Euro. Then they should make a case about this. then I am told to bet a lower amount, where I answer this:

I think that you don't understand me.

I have tried all markets available. Every amount for bet NO bet allowed.

I cant bet a single sports market… not a penny

After much back and forth on e-mail, I get this in response: Hi ****

We hope you are well.

We are reaching out to you about the market limits in your account.

Due to an internal decision, we've removed the sports betting lobby from your account, but you can still enjoy our casino and live casino games.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions:

8.9 We may refuse, terminate, or limit any bet or wager for any reason in line with our internal policies and regulations.

If you have any more concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

So I don't have the opportunity to complete my odds bonus. I have not done anything illegal and followed the requirements for the odds bonus. but I can't play sports anymore when they chose to close this, I can't use the money for anything.. this was a really surprising answer.

Funds not received

So I deposited with crypto with xrp 19/06/2024 17:42 to Qbet. Played and won 4000nok I wanted to withdraw. Had to add my adress and tag to manage to click withdraw. A few hours later I got a mail that said it was processed so I assumed I would have the funds. After I checked my wallet it was nothing there so I contacted qbet and they said they had sent it.

They sent it to my adress but without a tag. So they did a mistake sending it to my adress without a tag therfor it didnt come to my account it went to binances account. So they said i had to talk to binance to retrive my funds.


I went and did a lost funds recovery via binance the 21 of june and it got completed the 25. Instead of it coming to my wallet binance sent it back the same way they got it. So my funds got sent back to qbet (screenshot added)

So my case is qbet sent it to my adress without a tag so it didnt get credited to me. Then i made a retrive lost funds with binance and it completed and sent back to qbets wallet. I contacted qbet with a mail and on chat the 25 june (screenshot added)

They said they are checking it out and it would take 24-48 hours to get a reply. After 48 hours and onwards I've been countless times on chat and they keep saying allow 24 more hours go etc. Feels like they are dragging it out over and over again.

Cause it was their mistake and i feel now that its gone 9 days and I still dont have my funds and they dont seem to try fix this quickly is weird to me. So i had no other choice to open a complaint here with askgamblers.
