Declined cashout due to restricted country even thou registration was possible

Dear askgamblers.

I tried to cashout at that casino page. After successfully deposited two times without any problem neither during the time of registration neither while depositing there was no any problem with my country. I could easily went through my verification process. After I wanted to cashout money (together there is 3800€) on my account they told me they will close my account and for cashout I need to send an email to their finance department.

Tell me how is possible to make deposits and successfully registered but cant do cashouts. Thank you for your help, its not a small amount of money.

Hello,

I still can't get over how the above mentioned casino scammed me. It is for this reason that I am sending you print screens in this comment where it is clear that registration from our country is not possible. I've done printescreens at random online casinos that are apparently honest and fair. Casino disables registration even before login. That's how it should be.
