After a very labour intensive verification process, I managed to get a few helpful support agents who were able to tell me why my withdrawal requests kept being rejected. It turned out that I wasn’t able to use my ANZ visa but could transfer into an ANZ bank account if the amount is $500 minimum.
I have followed all instructions and have requested for the funds ($500) and I received an email from a support agent named Amber (nice and helpful) who said my withdrawal has been approved and will receive it within 5 business days.
I logged back into my playamo account but the status of the withdrawal was still “pending”.
I asked why it was still pending and she mentioned that the status will remain like that but in actual fact my withdrawal is approved.
My concern is that it hasn’t been processed and would like to bring it to askgamblers attention and request your help for some clarity on why my status is still pending and not showing as approved. I still have hope that they will process my withdrawal but in case it gets delayed by more than 5 days I want to have a medium to communicate my concerns. Hoping for a quick resolution!
