Cashout Refused with Drivers License Expiry extended due to COVID by government

I have been a VIP member at PlayAmo for a couple of years. This past week I tried to cashout around $300 Canadian but was rejected by Playamo who said my approved identification had expired (in Canada every 5 years). Due to COVID all drivers licenses in Ontario Canada have been extended indefinitely (those that expire after March 2020) since all license bureaus have be temporarily closed and renewals with updated licenses have been suspended due to COVID. So according to the government my license is valid (and valid and approved at PlayAmo since I have been a member there), but PlayAmo refuses to pay my modest cashout. No information on my license has changed. Same address, same person in the picture, same vitals information. I forwarded the official government website link to the Playamo people which sates that all Ontario licenses with expiry dates after March 2020 have extended expiry dates, but got nowhere. Hopefully you can help resolve as there is nothing I can do at my end until the government is processing driver licenses again, which could be 6 months or greater. According to the government my drivers license ID has not expired with the COVID rules. Thank you.

Many thanks to AskGamblers for their quick mediation with my identification expiry (drivers license) issue at PlayAmo. Previous to this I had contacted both support and the VIP manager to explain the problem and provided links to official government rulings, but unfortunately was not successful in getting resolution, leading to my frustration. Following intervention by AskGamblers and as stated in the above PlayAmo response, the government website was reviewed and my identification reinstated along with an apology. I am now able to cashout. Again, thanks to AskGAmblers!

Indeed, after checking local COVID websites, we found that your expired driving license is still valid:
We are extending the validity of government driver, vehicle and carrier products and services that expired on or after March 1, 2020. These will continue to remain valid and legal past the expiry until further notice. This is in an effort to help keep people safe, reduce the need for in-person visits to ServiceOntario, and stop the spread of COVID-19.
You may continue using your account with the already uploaded expired ID document, we will value it as a valid document.
