I completed verification last Thursday and then made a withdrawal.
I sent a message via chat last Thursday and have sent several since them and these have all been ignored as well as emails I have sent. My withdrawal is still showing as pending and there is no other way of contacting anyone.
It is so frustrating as it’s been nearly a week I have been ignored.
