I opened the account with Neocasino on 04th May 2026 after reading all the review and rating provided by your site to this casino. Ask gambler is like a bible for online player. I always go through your review first before opening account.
After opening the account on Neocasino I made deposit of €500 and start playing live roulette game. I won somewhere around €2400. I proceed with the withdrawal of my winning money but they restrict me only with €2000. In their site or on your review site it was not mentioned anywhere that the withdrawal limit is only €2000. They should have mentioned in their T&C about this limit based on withdrawal method.
I made a withdrawal of €2000 on 04th May. Today is 18th May and my withdrawal is still stuck in Pending status. They are not providing any timelines or any date. They just provide a response ‘They don’t have any date and will notify us as soon as possible’. This is what I am hearing from last 1 week.
I need your help to get my winning amount from the casino. Please help me out.
