I made a withdrawal on the platform, the terms say that the withdrawal will be processed in up to 3 business days, however as you can see in the image, it has been over 6 business days and I have not received the amount yet. I have communicated with support several times during this period, and the message is always the same, 'we have forwarded it to the responsible department, your withdrawal is being treated as maximum priority' this has been going on for days.
