The casino requested that I submit several verification documents, which I have done. I uploaded the following:
• A photo of my driver’s license
• A selfie of myself with the casino page open
• A selfie of myself holding my driver’s license
• My credit card information

It has now been three weeks, and the issue remains unresolved. I currently have three pending withdrawals of $750 each, totaling $2,250, and my outstanding balance is $3,759.

Although I uploaded my credit card documents on Monday, the casino stated that approval typically takes up to 24 hours. However, it has now been three days, and the documents are still under review. Additionally, my withdrawals remain blocked.

I sincerely hope we can reach a clear and fair resolution with the casino as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued support.

Hello,

I have received my first withdrawal; however, I still have three withdrawals pending and an outstanding balance of $3,000.

I would also like to mention that I requested a withdrawal of $750 CAD, but I only received $725. I will attach proof of this for your reference.

I would like to keep this complaint open until I receive the full amount of my funds.

Hello , I can confirm that I received partial of my withdrawal still have 3 withdrawals on pending and 1500$ outstanding balances, also all my withdrawal are missing 25$ on each withdrawal they sent me 2100 instead of 2250$ can we please get clarification, I want to keep this complaint open until i receive all my funds thank you
