I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with MoneyTree Casino. I recently had a balance of 1400 euros in my account, which I attempted to withdraw, only to be told that my account was flagged for alleged arbitrage betting, a claim that is entirely false. I have never engaged in any form of arbitrage betting, and there is no evidence to support this accusation.

I feel that I am being unfairly penalized and have been denied my rightful winnings for no valid reason. The casino has provided no proof to substantiate their claims, and their customer support has been unresponsive and unhelpful when I've tried to resolve this matter.

I demand that my funds be returned and that this unjust action be reviewed. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring that such unfair practices do not continue.

I hope for a quick resolution to this matter.

Following a careful review of valid information and proof presented by Moneytree Casino management, the AskGamblers Complaint Team confirms that the issue, subject to this dispute, is referring to eSport and has nothing to do with casino/sportsbetting-related matters. Unfortunately, that means the case has been submitted in violation of the AGCCS Guidelines, section Not a casino/sportsbetting-related issue and therefore, this complaint is being rejected.

Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

And i forgot to mention, i also did around 10 bets before the bet they claimed i did "arb betting" so they can just take all the money i made?

Hello Askgamblers,

I did not do arb betting, i simply placed a bet in the team i actually thought was going to win and so i did.

I can't predict the future to know if a odd is going to drop afterwards i placed a bet.

The Casino did me wrong and didn't pay me my winnings without any warning, just a ban. 1400€ into their pockets
