I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unexpected and unexplained closure of my MegaDice Casino account.

Date of closure: 19.6.2025

Balance at the time of closure: ~$1500

Total deposited: $777,71

Despite having successfully verified my account and complying with all requested documentation, without warning or justification my account has been closed. To date, I have received no detailed explanation for this action and, more importantly, no return of my remaining balance.

I request an immediate and transparent explanation for the closure of my account, as well as a full refund of the remaining funds. I would also like to be informed if there are any allegations or claims of terms of service violations, and if so, to be provided with clear evidence.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter to relevant regulatory bodies, payment providers, and consumer protection agencies. I would prefer to resolve this amicably and directly with your support team, but I expect transparency and fairness in return.

Please confirm receipt of this message and respond with the steps you will take to resolve this situation.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Mega Dice Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Response to Allegation of T&C 17.1.3.10 Violation

Dear Mega Dice Casino Team,

Thank you for your response.

I would like to formally clarify that I have never used any automated players, bots, external scripts, or automation tools of any kind. Your accusation of violating T&C 17.1.3.10 is incorrect.

The only form of automation I used was:

Autoplay inside the slot games themselves, which is an official in-game feature provided by the game developer and enabled directly through your platform.

Playing multiple slot games at the same time, which is also fully available and allowed through your interface.


These actions do not constitute “bots” or “automated players.” They are standard casino features available to every user and do not involve any external software or unauthorized tools.

Therefore, your decision to classify normal gameplay as the use of automated players is unjustified. I request:

1. Clear evidence showing that I used any external automation or bot, not just in-game autoplay.


2. A re-evaluation of the account closure and confiscation of my balance, as the provided reason does not match my actual gameplay behavior.



If you cannot provide concrete technical evidence of third-party automation, I respectfully request the reinstatement of my account or the release of my remaining funds.

Megadice closed my account with 72000 inside and they are evading me since two weeks

Hello, guys I'm devastated. Megadice 15 days ago closed my account without notice or something, I have inside 72.000 usdt.

I send emails and they are not responding to any mail..

Even in live chat, they ignore me, they close the chat at the same time I say something..

 I am filing an urgent complaint requesting your immediate investigation and mediation against Megadice (operated by Megablock Gaming). I am currently owed USD 72,000, which has not been paid and has been outstanding for more than two weeks (14 business days) despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly.

Summary of the issue

  • Amount owed: USD 72,000.
  • megadice.com 
  • Attempts to communicate: multiple emails (no reply for weeks); Live Chat sessions are immediately closed by their staff without response.
  • Payment anomaly: the operator claims to have paid the balance, but the funds were sent to a cryptocurrency wallet that is not mine. At no time did Megadice request my wallet address, and they never confirmed any payout destination. The only reasonable expectation was payment to the wallet where I originally deposited, or at minimum, prior confirmation of the destination wallet.
  • Licensing concern: according to my information, Megadice/Megablock Gaming does not hold a valid Curaçao license (their Curaçao licenses were terminated in 2024). I request that AskGamblers verify the operator’s licensing status and take this into account.
