Complaint regarding unexplained account closure and funds
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unexpected and unexplained closure of my MegaDice Casino account.

Despite having successfully verified my account and complying with all requested documentation, without warning or justification my account has been closed. To date, I have received no detailed explanation for this action and, more importantly, no return of my remaining balance.
I request an immediate and transparent explanation for the closure of my account, as well as a full refund of the remaining funds. I would also like to be informed if there are any allegations or claims of terms of service violations, and if so, to be provided with clear evidence.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter to relevant regulatory bodies, payment providers, and consumer protection agencies. I would prefer to resolve this amicably and directly with your support team, but I expect transparency and fairness in return.
