Hello ASKGAMBLERS, on July 15th 2025 I made a deposit of 400 USD and collected a 200 USD bonus with my deposit. The Proof of that deposit is attached below. 0.00342337 = $400.00 USD
The terms state that the deposit must be wagered 3x before a withdrawal. And the bonus is non sticky ( I have not wagered any bonus funds)
So simple math would state 400 X 3 = 1200usd wagering requirement
Below you will see e-mails of myself and Kripty. The point of my e-mail was to figure out why, when I withdraw the system tells me I need to wager " 0.045875844236 more to withdraw" which is equivalent to = 5407.09 USD ( I have posted the message of the system telling me this in a screenshot below)
When I explain to Kripty support, that I have wagered at least 213 spins ( I had to count each bet individually over 20 pages of 5Euro bets, which I have also posted an example of those bets below as a screenshot) They reply by telling me only that I have not wagered my deposit 3x which is why I can't withdraw.
When I go back and forth with them because of this inconsistency they continue to reply with either saying I need to wager 3x my deposit OR they reply by saying I need to wager 0.055 BTC more = 6477.00 USD ( You will find these e-mails as screenshots below)
Now, I hope you guys at ASKGAMBLERS are still following.
The system at the withdraw screen quoted: 0.045875844236 BTC
Support in the e-mails quoted: 0.055 BTC but the terms ( I posted the screenshot of the term ) say wager my deposit 3x so where are they getting these really high numbers from?
I can understand why they keep saying I have not wagered my bonus 3x because they are comparing my 1300 wagered ( approx) amount to those large numbers!
Now while writing this complaint I received a really weird e-mail back from them stating I have only 200EUROS left to wager. Keep in mind I have not wagered a single bet over the 213 spins at 5Euros / spin so the numbers keep changing with them but I have not made a single new bet since this whole debacle began. Not to mention, after receiving this 200 euro e-mail I doubled checked the withdraw screen and it still shows I need to wager 0.045875844236 BTC =5407.09 USD ( I have posted the screenshot of the e-mail stating my wagering is 200 EURO )
IF the withdraw screen said 200EUROS wagering left I would have swallowed my frustration and wagered it but something tells me after I wager that they will throw a new number to wager at me.
Please don't reject this complaint, if any specific proofs are needed that I may have overlooked, send me an e-mail and I will upload whatever it is you need. If you want me to take 30 screenshots of each page of my betting history ( They do not have an option to display totals) I will then provide that but I don't think it matters in this case considering the massive inconsistencies.
In conclusion, if the terms are being followed then I have completed the minimum wagering requirement to turn over the cash portion of my deposit 3x and I should be able to withdraw without further wagering.
