Delayed lightning fast withdrawal

Yet another victim to the deceptive lies this casino employs to lure you in and gain financially from these tactics.

After recieving about 10 emails in a week which were titled "lightning fast withdrawal guarentee" and other similar claims plastered all through the emails, I made a few deposits and as you rarely do, I won a little bit of my money back.

I was already fully verified prior to making a withdrawal claim and spoke to their robot like "support" team who assured me that as I was fully verified successfully, they would undoubtedly be processing my withdrawal with the lightning fast speed I had been promised.

I'm not sure which planet has lightning that can travel as slow as a sloth running a marathon, but they must be operating from there to make such blatantly false claims .... I would compare the slowness of their withdrawals is equivalent to the slowness of the customer supports intelligence levels.

What started off as lightning fast , quickly became 5 business days at the absolute longest, has now become as soon as is possible which if that's the case would have been processed well over a week and a half ago/ 7 full business days .

Absolutely pathetic excuse for a casino. with the staff to match it perfectly. I really find it sad to see people sell their souls to steal from innocent people, I'm sure it will catch up with them .

Still waiting , as I expected from this casino ... Luckily I took the askgamblers recommendations on better casinos and found tsars casino... Instantly verified, instantly won $1000 , and my withdrawal was pretty much instantly processed !!! I highly recommend tsars to anyone being ripped off by this terrible organisation @goldwin / goldfraud casino

I would have expected to have received the funds today if you had indeed processed the payment at the time you claim... And after all the other misleading or false claims you have made , I'm inclined to believe this will be another attempt to stall payment and in a few days I'll hear about some "error" that the bank encountered ... But will keep this thread updated in regards to the money if it ever comes ...

As for the issue where you invented a new rule not stated anywhere in writing on your site or in the contract between us... in which both of my withdrawals were reversed after 5 days due to suddenly only being able to process one at a time (yet the first withdrawal request was also reversed back to my account as well)
I consider that issue is also unresolved as you have given no logical reason as to why you think it's okay to make up rules without listing them clearly in the terms and conditions I agreed to

So please keep this thread open as so far I'm still quite sure this casino is a complete fraud

Ignored completely

Withdrawal from the 28th is still pending. They dragged out verification for days, asking for the same documents over and over. Now fully verified at last, they still will not pay my €200 winnings. All emails ignored, 60+. Live chat is exceptionally rude and knows nothing. They just keep trying to fob me off. I've identical scenario with sister site mrwest. At my wits' end trying to deal with them.

Casino didn't credit Deposit

i need this small Case to bring to the Casinos Attention, because this small Issue was not resolved after 7 Days and my Deposits are not credited and also not charged back to my Deposit Method Jeton Wallet.
I contact two Times Casino Live Chat and he told that it will "investigate" but nothing happens, no Response. Of Course, i already provide Transaction Receipts from Banking App.

I have maybe 40 Deposits with this Casino and this Time it seems that there Connection to Payment Service seems broken because never have this Issues before and also not in other Casinos on this Days. After Deposit i get not the deposit finished message, instead it say it will credited soon and i was logged off automatic. In this Case, Deposit was 90 Euro and charged to my Jeton Bank Wallet Account.
The same Issue is on the Sister Casino BetMaximus with a 50 EUR Deposit.

On 03/10/2025 I tried to withdraw my winnings of $2033.00 as I was previously verified, but was asked for more documentation. After each time that I have sent whatever they asked, I was asked for more documentation until now where I am now being asked repeatedly for the same documents that I have met all criteria for.

This has been going on for about a month now and I seem to be hitting a brick wall. Live chat said they are not responsible for verification so I am not receiving any help through that channel. My most recent upload of the documents was rejected without a following e-mail to explain why as they normally do.

When I hit brick walls I can always count on ASKGAMBLERS to get to the bottom of it.

Delayed withdraw of 2000 euros

Hi!

I have been waiting for my withdrawal on 2000 euros for 5 bank days and still haven’t got anything. I’m verified as well. When I asked the live support she told me that the maximum is 5 bank days and now when I ask the live support they keep telling me that it depends on the finance team workload and queue.

Since I withdrew my winnings I’ve been searching up some reviews and it doesn’t look good. People keep saying that they are delaying withdrawals and that it is a scam.
