No reply from KYC department

I am filing a complaint against God of Casino due to an unreasonable KYC verification delay and complete lack of communication.

My account has been under KYC verification for 16 days. A verification pop-up is blocking my account, and I am unable to access or withdraw my funds.

During these 16 days, I have sent multiple emails to both the Support Team and the KYC Team, but I have not received a single reply. There has been no response, no update, and no explanation.

I have already submitted all requested KYC documents multiple times.

What makes this situation even more concerning is that This clearly shows that my documents are valid and verified within the same casino network.

Despite this, God of Casino continues to block my account without justification and without responding to emails. I believe this behavior is unfair, unprofessional, and against responsible gambling and licensing standards.

I have been continuously sending emails to both the KYC team and support team for the last 27 days, but I have not received any proper response from the casino.
The casino states that verification takes time, however 27 days is already an excessive and unreasonable delay. I am fully cooperative and I sent all required documents
