I made my first withdrawal on Wednesday 8.4. which was rejected in 6 hours and asked for additional documents. I submitted them and on 9.4. I made a new withdrawal which has still not been approved after almost 120 hours even though I have been told that the account is fully verified. I sent them my bank statement, mobile operator certificate, passport photo, selfie with passport, photo of the back cover of the passport.
Yet they keep saying that you will receive the withdrawal soon even though I have not received it in almost 120 hours.
I am asking for help so that they refund the 500.02€ withdrawal immediately, because according to them the case has also escalated
