I submitted my withdrawal for $142.43 last March 3, 2025.
They asked for KYC in which I was already approved.
1 week later my withdrawal is still stuck in "New" status and has no progress.
Support keeps insisting to just wait as they have to review before approving the withdrawal.
It's been 1 full week and still no progress.
How come it's hard to withdraw here?
What checks are they doing that takes 1 week?
