To the respected AskGamblers team, I would like to request the opportunity to submit my complaint after it was closed without a resolution on the Casino Guru website, where the case lasted for 5 months.


Complaint details :

I deposit 4218 usd and bet casino roulette 4218 usd and I win. Fully met all wagering requirements and won my earnings legitimately through bets on roulette and football leagues such as the English Premier League and the Italian League.

However, since submitting my withdrawal request, I have been subjected to intimidation tactics and excessive, unjustified delays. Your team has continuously fabricated baseless reasons to avoid processing my payout. Over the past days, I have submitted more than ten different photos and documents, in multiple variations, to comply with your requests. Yet, every three days, I receive additional requests for two more documents, making the process deliberately impossible.

I took a significant financial risk by wagering my entire balance in casino games. What if I had lost? Fortunately, I won fairly,

However, instead of approving my withdrawal, you kept making absurd and unreasonable demands, including:

Colored photos of my national ID card (both sides) or passport (not scanned or screenshotted).

Photos of my ID on a different background and from a different angle.

-A selfie holding my ID next to my computer screen showing my inbox messages from your security department.

Screenshots from my cryptocurrency wallet showing wallet number, email, and full transaction history (not cropped or edited).

Utility bills from the last 3 months, even if I am not the one paying for them.

Photos of my driving license (both sides).

A selfie holding a paper with the current date and a random code (66FJ36) while ensuring my face and all data are clearly visible.

This is completely unacceptable. After exhausting all possible excuses to delay my withdrawal, you are now inventing ridiculous verification steps to justify not paying me. Your tactics are nothing but a clear attempt to scam players out of their money.


And in the end they closed my account, it's very ridiculous
