Delaying €1,000 withdrawal

Hello I have been playing in this casino for a long time and made a lot of deposits and withdrawals and everything was good until I won a large amount.I requested withdrawal and they asked me to send them additional documents, after i sent them documents they was confirmed. Then they asked me to send a screenshot with my top-ups from 1/4 till 22/05 , and after that i received email that my account is verified.But I still didn’t get the money, i contacted support via chat with this question , and they said me contact support via email, i contacted but not received answer.While i have a pending withdrawal i continued to play and my balance increased to 10k plus 1k pending.
Money still not paid to date, i want continue to play but at first i want receive at least my last withdrawal
