Hi, askgamblers, I have got 1000 euros withdrawal, I played more and balance is 8500 euros now, and I have requested set a wager limit 10 euros per day, not change my limit till I get my full winnings even if I request to change limit. I have also requested a new 1000 euros withdrawal since max is one pending withdrawal and max withdrawal is 1000 euros per time. Hope casino keep paying me and keep my limit till I get my full winnings. Askgamblers, Please keep my complaint opened till I get my full winnings as casino has been delaying pay me.

Because from what we see all of your requests have been processed within our timeframes as stated in our T&Cs,

You can provide the automated notifications you receive every time we process your withdrawal requests and cross check the dates, with the dates of the requests.

Hi, evobet, thanks for your reply. I didn’t save those emails. But you could check my last withdrawals did take more time than before. For example the withdrawal approved on 5.10, i was promised by finance department the withdrawal would be approved within 24 hours, but actually that withdrawal took 4 days. I don’t meant anything bad of the casino. I like the casino , that’s the reason I have been playing here. I just want my withdrawals be paid at least same fast as before. My withdrawals were approved always second day.
Hope casino keep paying now, the withdrawal request made yesterday is still pending now. Hope get it today.

As explained before, we have been always within our time frames, as stated in the T&Cs,.

Your last request was made yesterday, so there is no reason for this complaint to remain open, since we are within our timeframes.

Hi,thanks for fast reply.Well, the withdrawal I got 5.10 did take more than 72 hours if you say must wait 72 hours. And casino states at askgamblers pending time is 24 hours.the 1000 euros i got yesterday took three days. I will ask askgamblers close the complaint as resolved when I get my full winnings.
