I have been playing at CryptoLeo Casino for a while, always playing fair and without any problem. Made a withdrawal of 1100€ on 23th of october. This Casino says that process all payments in 24hours but 4 days have passed and my withdrawal is still pending... Worst than that, my payment is blocked without even being able to cancel it!


Support did not give me any answers, just said sorry And told me to wait... that s just ridículos.

My account is fully verified!

I am asking for your help in order to withdraw all my money.

i have sent them all documents that they asked now, my account was again fully verified but they still Didn t pay my withdraw.


when i went to chat they told me my documents were not verified even know that i showed account fully verified.

only with your help i Will be able to withdraw because i did everything i could

If all my documents were accepted And my account is AGAIN fully verified what is problem?? Why don t you pay ?? Why don t you explain here what is problem ?? Just trying to Gain time And make escuses not to pay !!

Askgamblers won t you do something ? Will you allow that a sportsbook hold Money from a player even Know that he sent all documents And did verified his account for second time with documents that have not even been asked for any other sportsbook in my entire life !

If i can now withdraw my funds , can you explain me how is my withdraw pending And Block since 23 of october ?? I am still waiting for my money. In chat your team can t explain to me why is this happening.. just say they will escalate case And nothing happens..
