Delayed withdrawal 96hrs

I've made a withdrawal 09.12.2025, but they haven't accepted it yet, even their support says that all withdrawals will be processed in 72hrs. So they are over 24hrs late now. My account is verified, and I have been made two withdrawals earlier which was completed that 72hrs timeframe, but now there is a delay. Their chat support told me that my withdrawal has been reviewed and placed in priority queue, but email support told me that they probably will accept withdrawal in next week. Their T&C's says that withdrawals will be handled in 72hrs.

Casino didn't pay my 1000e winnings

Casinoloots casino didn't pay my 1000e winnings, they appealed to the weird excuses...

First they kept asking for more and more documents and under that excuse they always got the withdrawal cancelled, even though in their website already said my account was fully verified. In the end they said they would cancel 910.40€ of my winnings for many reasons that are not true. When I saw those reasons I knew they only don’t want to pay my winnings because they had so ridiculous allegations about me (picture number 7 and 8). For example I don’t even have any vpn (for you to know). But result was that they left (reason I don’t even know) 90€ to me in their account. I can’t even withdraw that amount because 100€ is minimum what can be withdrawn!

Also I think I'm entitled to the full 1000€ withdrawal.

I originally deposited 40€ and they would have given me some free spins, but I never started playing the free spins. I have all the conversations what I had with them saved in my email.

After they canceled my cash out they sent me an email and asked me to play the money (90€) which I have in their casino. But when I asked if I will win something will they pay those winnings to me, they couldn’t promise it and for a reason they said some completely stupid things like it depends what games do I play and in which bet size! What does it matter to them what games and in which bet size do I play, because there is no bonus in use?!? There has been no bonus in use during this entire incident!
