'Casino extra' is not at all approving my withdrawals. My account is fully verified but they are delaying my withdrawals, each time saying different stories. I contacted them many times, but no use. Please help me with this. I told them many times that I am raising complaint with ASKGAMBLERS but they are least bothered. Attached screenshots to prove that my account is fully verified and I requested withdrawals 5 days back, still they are not processed.

Present disputed amount is 11999 EUR. I have placed 6 withdrawal requests on 25th and 26th's of April 2025.

Still they haven't approved any of my withdrawals .. as I already shared the screenshot of mail conversation initially my account was fully verified on 25 Apr 2025.

Dear @ASKGAMBLERS

I got mail confirmation from Casino extra.. they said they have done with their investigation and my account is fully verified now.
They started processing my withdrawals I already got two withdrawals.

But still few more pending..

As they have responded positively, I will wait some time for all the withdrawals..if I got any inconvenience I will raise complaint again. Attaching their mail proof..

As of now you can close this case.. but what they are doing is not at all correct.. after complaining on them,they are responding positively.. actually I lost trust on Casino extra.. ASKGAMBLERS helped me on this.
