I have been trying to withdraw funds from this casino but they keep on asking for different documents of which I uploaded. After that they cancelled my withdrawal for the fourth time this time round they are saying that bank transfer is not available in my country Kenya yet I used visa debit card to Fund my account.
Please try to contact them and ask them to provide the reason for all this Skrill option is deactivated in my account I don't know what to do.

Now they demanded for either passport or Driving license and I have sent them my passport.

Now they have verified my National ID and they are still demanding for passport a document I don't have really there is no way a country can process a passport without a National ID I think they just don't want to release funds.
