Withdrawal still not processed after 11 days
12 days ago, the 9th of December I withdrew 10800 NOK (Norwegian kroners) equivalent to around 1250 USD
I was informed that the time for an international bank transfer was 3-5 days.
I thought, OK. Sounds logical, and I waited.
However! A couple of days ago I contacted live chat as I had not received the money, and when I logged in to my account it still displayed my money in the account, and the transaction as "new", and not "completed".
I was told that my funds were locked, and that it took 3-5 days, sometimes longer.
The 17th December I contacted them again, as it had been almost 10 days since I made the withdrawal.
I was informed they had technical difficulties with the financial services, and that this has been going on for over a week.
I wondered then, why wasn't I informed of that when I first was in contact with them several days beforehand?
They told me they would inform me via email when the matter was solved, but I still haven't heard anything.
I was in contact with them again today, the 20th of December, and they still had no update to give my on the financial difficulties/problems they experience, and could not give me an indication as to when this problem would be fixed.
I am beginning to suspect that this site is not to be trusted, and I am becoming increasingly skeptical as to this site and how they handle their affairs. The lack of information given is not appreciated.
I would appreciate any help given with this matter. I would like more information as to when I can expect the withdrawal to be made, and what the problem is with the financial difficulties, and not rely on basic information given from the site, that I simply have to wait for information that never comes.
