Waiting for a withdrawal to be processed via bank card since October
Hello AskGamblers.
I'm contacting you because I'm waiting for a withdrawal from October 31, 2025. After waiting six days, I had to provide screenshots and my October bank statement to prove I hadn't received anything.
They then cancelled my withdrawal request and asked me to submit a new one.
I did so on November 5, 2025.
This one was approved directly by the casino.
Unfortunately, I still haven't received anything seven days later.
But support is refusing to help. They're asking me to provide a bank statement from November. My bank doesn't issue statements mid-month. And now they're rejecting the screenshots, which were accepted just a few days earlier.
This is the second withdrawal request that hasn't been processed.
I provided a PDF statement of my bank transactions, but they rejected it.
The withdrawal amount was €900.
They don't give me any other solution, they repeat the same things.
I need some help please.
