I signed up here 2 weeks ago, deposited via skrill, claimed the welcome bonus, and won €1,111.60. Then I attempted to withdraw, and got an email asking me for verification documents. I sent these in as requested, and got a reply telling me that additional documents were required. This began a 2 week ordeal, whereby they would ask me for more documents, I would provide them, and then they would come back having invented some additional requirement, I'd send this in, then they'd decide again more was needed. I am now on my 6th new request for additional documents. The most recent request was to provide the last 6 months of skrill statements, which I sent, then they asked for a bank statement from September, showing that I used my bank account to fund the skrill account 2 months prior to signing up with betrebels, in a completely unrelated transaction. I sent this, and then they came back demanding a full 6 months of bank statements. Bear in mind I deposited with Skrill, so 6 months of statements from my personal bank account is absolutely none of their business, and is very clearly just a tactic to delay baying me still further. One other thing to mention is that I usually deposit to casinos with my debit card, the only reason I used Skrill on this occasion was because the debit card option was not working on their site.
In addition to this, during the whole back and forth, the customer services people have been incredibly rude, obnoxious and evasive whenever I've queried why they want all of this stuff or what they are looking for. I requested they escalate my case as a complaint in line with their published complaint process, and they actually REFUSED to let me complain. I even tried sending in a separate complaint email (separate to the ongoing verification email chain), and they refused again. I use several different casino sites, and have had issues before, but never anything even close to this, hands down this is the worst site I've ever used and would strongly recommend that anyone reading this AVOIDS THIS SITE.

If any potential customers are reading this, I strongly recommend avoiding this site, there are plenty of sites out there that pay out with minimal fuss, and you don't need to get a third party public complaints resolution service involved just to get paid money you won fair and square.
