BET7K account block and balance
On March 8, my account was blocked by Bet7k for the first time. They requested some documents, and my account was unlocked. However, on the 21st, my account was blocked again, and the same documents were requested. This time, all the documents were rejected, and the account was permanently blocked, claiming that I was a 'professional bettor,' which went against their rules. I tried to resolve the situation in various ways, contacting them via chat, email, and the consumer complaint website, but nothing worked.
I was deeply harmed by Bet7k when my balance was unfairly withheld on the platform. This situation caused me a series of financial problems, leaving me unable to meet basic obligations, such as paying rent and utility bills. Additionally, I had to resort to loans from friends and close relatives to try to alleviate the situation. The withholding of my balance by Bet7k not only impacted my budget but also placed me in an extremely difficult and embarrassing position. This experience has been extremely stressful and detrimental to my financial and personal life.
