I am playing on bcgame for a few days, I was unable to log in to my account after that due to an error code prompting account verification.
I seek help from the live support and was told to write in to their email and nothing I could do but wait.
I wrote to the email support and also the live support multiple times and all i got was told to wait. It has been 2 months already I still cant login to the account and I haven't got an response email.
