BC.game is refusing payment of over $20,000. After stalling my withdrawal with a tedious verification process they have informed me that they will not pay out my winnings.
I have attached the last reply from them may 16. They call my winnings "unfair" without any explanation.
They have not responded to after this email. Can you please help me?

This is not true. I have NOT concluded this case. I am still owed over $17100.
