KYC verification has not been approved
Hello,
please I have problem with KYC verification, so I cannot withdraw from my account on BC.GAME.
I was asked to make personal verification during the withdraw proces, I upload all documents but process was failed (24.6.2025).
I ask support, what happend, what is the problem (24.6.2025), but support response me only this email below.(28.6.2025)

So I reply if they could wrote me some more words what is the problem and how to solve it (28.6.2025). With no reaction until today.
Maybe should be the problem, that i think I already proceed KYC verification before on a different account - but this account is permanent closed (i closed it after big loose, I lost much at this place). When I can get some money back back, they do this ... :(
I played only slots on this site.
When I play on this account, i didnt have any other active accounts.
