My withdrawal of $3450 was rejected and my account was closed and kept giving error 4001(Account Verification Required) every time I tried to login. I have complained to live support and they told me to provide some details via mail to [email protected] and they will get my account open, but I have been waiting and no response from them. Please help me relate to them. I have funds in the account and I have done every major verification, even sending an email. I don't know if any email will ever come from them. Please help me out
