Almabet has confiscated my winnings after one week bets settled

I would like to share my opinion about Almabet casino.

I have made a deposit 58 euro in crypto TRX.

With a bit of luck this amount increased to around 732 euros with sports betting.

I have tried to withdrawl this balance. This has triggered a complicated KYC procedure, which included a selfie, a video selfie with a card and the necessary information (user name, current date, etc.) and 3 bank statements.

I got through it without any problems, but the biggest surprise was when my winnings were taken away from me and my balance returned to the value of the deposit after successful verification.

Almabet suggests that this was suspicious player activity, but they do not provide any details on chat and on email, despite my insistent request.

This is a very suspicious reason and casino abuse that can be applied to any player who wins something. Players need to be aware that their winnings can be taken away.
