I am writing to formally report a technical failure regarding my withdrawal request of [5089].

Despite multiple attempts, I am not receiving the OTP verification code required to process my withdrawal. I have confirmed that my network is functional and I am receiving OTPs from other platforms instantly.

Details of the issue:

Deposit Amount: 5,000

Issue: Technical failure of the OTP gateway.

Previous Support Contact: I have reached out previously but have not received a resolution.

Please investigate the status of your SMS gateway or provide an alternative verification method (such as Email OTP or Manual KYC) so I can withdraw my funds. I look forward to your immediate response.

SMS messages from us are sent via the default solution to the number linked to your account.
Recommendations:
clear your browser's cookie cache, or the app's cache if applicable
restart your device
check your spam folder
check the available SMS memory to receive new messages
make sure SMS delivery isn't blocked by third-party software (such as antivirus software)
try inserting the SIM card into a different device
if the SMS doesn't arrive within a couple of minutes, an alternative way to obtain a code is to request a callback on the website. Support will call you back and provide a code after verifying your identity. Alternatively, you can enable 2FA in your account.
