Hello askgamblers and wolf.io

I have submitted my document past to 24h since yesterday but still not verified on my account, but i already got my first withdrawal since i submitted my docukent yesterday?
Why make it so hard to withdraw my remaining balance worth 1990$ worth in btc?
Even when i already sent an email on wolf.io support and their security there's no response? Why would you delayed my withdrawal when i already got for three times? Why take so long to withdraw my remaining balance? See the atrached document

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Wolf.io Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

For full transparency, we are outlining below the relevant Terms and Conditions, which the user was found to be in breach of:

General Terms:

"7.1 You hereby declare and warrant that:

All information that You provide to Wolf.io during the term of validity of this agreement is true, complete, and correct, and you shall immediately notify Wolf.io of any change of such information."

"8.1 Each player can create only one (1) personal account.

8.2 Creating multiple Player Accounts by a single player can lead to termination of all such accounts and confiscation of all funds on the balances. The player shall not provide access to their Player Account or allow using the Website to any third party including but not limited to minors.

8.3 Only one account on Wolf.io can be opened per person, one IP address, one physical address, one device, and one payment wallet. The violation of this rule may lead to the blocking of the account and confiscation of the active balance."

Bonus Terms:

"1.1. Only new registered players can receive a welcome bonus pack. Please note that activation of any kind of bonuses (including level bonus program bonuses) is allowed only once from one computer (or another device), one IP address, one actual address, one phone number, one account in any payment system, and one person. Violation of these terms will result in account blocking and confiscating all funds on balance."
