I am making this complaint because it seems I won't get paid without it.

On the 14/08/2025 i placed a withdrawal of 105 USD and it has currently over 6 days and still counting without it being approved. Any time I chatted them up all I got were excuses saying I should exercise more patience at the end nothing truly happened.

When I go through their terms and conditions it was written that withdrawals take maximum of 3 working days. My withdrawal has been taking more than 3 business days with achieved nothing, now I am frustrated and I need to cry out.

In addition to what I have already explained, my withdrawal has been long time without any hope of getting paid.

Each time I chatted with the casino regarding my prolonged withdrawal, all I got were excuses upon excuses and this has been on for a long time now.

Also, it's important to add that my gaming account is fully verified (seen below) making the whole thing look suspicious. I have been more than patient all through now I am asking for your intervention on this matter.

The withdrawal was submitted on the 14/08/2025 , meaning it is more than 3 working days and still counting without any results.
