I would like to file a complaint against stake.com. This is in regards to their absurd KYC verification system and requirements needed. Hence, my account is currently put on temporary suspension. I can't put a bet nor withdraw my money.
First, I have submitted the necessary documents needed. For level 2, I have submitted my driver's license as my ID. For level 3, I have submitted my credit card statement with proof of address where I am living. For level 4, I have submitted my payslip as my source of income.
After they have reviewed my submission, they rejected all of them and asked me to upload again my passport with a selfie and a piece of paper with my username and date written on it. But for this, I don't own a passport, in my country which is Philippines, driver's license is already considered as a valid government ID.
For the level 3 verification, I have uploaded my recent credit card statement of account with the same address as my driver's license. Now you are asking me for a utility bill and proof of payment for that utility bill? I am currently living with my family and the name under the utility isn't mine.
For level 4 verification, I believe I can redo that again with the bank statement and my payslip.
This is a frustrating day for me. Stake's live support isn't helpful. I feel that the stake needs to verify their customers first before they can use their application, not just now. It feels like a trap like putting an account in temporary suspension whenever they want and when we have already put money in it, so that we could not withdraw.

Hi,
I would like to update on this case. Stake has finally accepted my level 3 verification. But unfortunately, Stake denied again my documents for level 4 verification and keeps asking the same thing over and over again, which is the payslip and bank statement. I have uploaded yet again. I don't know what Stake is trying to ask for, all I know is I am submitting as per their requirements.

It is very frustrating that I am already submitted the requirements they need, but they keep denying it and keeps asking for the same thing over and over again. All I need is to have access to that money, and they don't have the rights to freeze or lock people's money and keeps stalling them.
