Hello,

A few days ago, Stake suddenly sent me an email regarding the suspension of my account.

Their live customer service requested to complete level 4 KYC verification. I have already completed all Stake KYC verifications yesterday, and Stake's account team said that my account can now be used normally.

After applying for a withdrawal, they stopped it for 15 hours and then canceled my withdrawal.

Why can't I withdraw now?

I have been inquiring about Stake's real-time support for 12 hours, but I have not received any useful response. Now they have asked me to contact their new department again [email protected] But I still haven't received a response.

I currently have a balance of $18990 in my account that cannot be withdrawn

What should I do with my remaining balance? I haven't registered multiple accounts, I just applied for a 200% bonus on your first deposit and placed bet on a sport and your original game. I had no idea that betting would violate your terms.

I don't think I have violated any of your terms. This is a screenshot of my sports bet and Stake Originals game bet. Due to deposit bonus restrictions, each bet can only be placed up to a maximum of 15 USDT, so I had to place multiple 15 USDT bets on the same sports market. After winning these sports bets, my account was immediately required to perform a level 4 KYC. I completed the level 4 KYC and was notified via email that my account was back to normal use. I wanted to withdraw, but Stake's deposit bonus still had a large rollover requirement, so I kept betting on their Stake Originals game. Finally, I completed the rollover requirement, but the withdrawal was rejected. Now you have permanently restricted my account. You haven't told me how to handle the remaining balance. If you want to freeze all of my balance, please provide relevant proof to the AskGamblers team.

Also, I would like to confirm if the "permanently restricted" mentioned in your previous email means that I am no longer able to withdraw any funds from my account (including the funds I have deposited)?
