A few days ago, Stake suddenly sent me an email regarding the suspension of my account.
Their live customer service requested to complete level 4 KYC verification. I have already completed all Stake KYC verifications yesterday, and Stake's account team said that my account can now be used normally.
After applying for a withdrawal, they stopped it for 15 hours and then canceled my withdrawal.
Why can't I withdraw now?
I have been inquiring about Stake's real-time support for 12 hours, but I have not received any useful response. Now they have asked me to contact their new department again [email protected] But I still haven't received a response.
I currently have a balance of $18990 in my account that cannot be withdrawn
