Dear representatives of AskGamblers,

I am writing to you with a complaint regarding Stake Casino in connection with a serious violation of my consumer rights.

My account name is <personal data removed> and I was a new client of Stake Casino after seeing and being promoting by a greek streamer on kick platform . My account was closed/frozen without prior notice

I contacted customer support to receive an explanation for this situation, but I did not receive a satisfactory response I've sent an email at resolu­tio­ns@­sta­ke.com at 15 February but I never never took an answer .

Recently I've passed level 1 level 2 level 3 verify but on level 4 they asking source of funds. since it's their rule of asking things like that I've upload my monthly salary from the company that I work. every month I'm receiving an email from my company with my salary on a PDF file. they write that they accept pdf files, I've open my emails I've downloaded the file and i just upload it as it is.

REJECTED and this time Stake casino asking for BANK STATEMENT AND PAYSLIP, I've opened the live chat with all this frustration all those days trying to be verified and asking them HOW I WILL UPLOAD 2 different FILES while they letting me to upload only one file on their verification system the answer that I had from their support agent was: put those two pdf file in one..

How I am supposed to edit a pdf file? Plus I think things like that editing pdf files especially files of bank as bank statements is totally illegal... how ever how I am supposed to put 2 different pdf's in one? I never took an answer I will attach all the screenshots that I took while I had the live chat open with them.

P.S the first support agent told me to print my salary take a photo of it and then upload it on their platform meanwhile the second support agent told me 100% different things instead of the first support agent... I'm totally confused and frustrated first they asking source of funds and they accept pdf files I upload the pdf file from my company they reject it and now asking bank statement and payslip and those 2 are 2 different files and they asking me to do them in one file in the name of god the salary that I attached to you isn't on pdf is jpg at their casino I've upload a pdf file as they saying that they accept pdf.

My rights as a client were violated without any explanations or opportunity for defense. I strictly adhered to all the rules and conditions of your platform and did not violate them in any way.

I demand the following:

A full and specific explanation of the reasons for frozing my account .

Additionally, I request that you conduct an independent investigation of this incident and take appropriate measures against Stake Casino in case of violations.

I provide all necessary evidence to support my claims. I expect prompt consideration of my complaint and the adoption of appropriate measures to protect my consumer rights.

Dear askgamblers thanks for accepting my complaint against the pre noticed casino.
Recently i've spoken with one of the streamers that having affiliate with Stake casino with having in my mind that he has a faster communication with the casino.
he answered to me also i will attach the file that before some days Stake casino had a bot attack and restricted many account including mine , considering that from articles that i read at 2023 stake has been hacked and lost millions, i cannot keep his word as a guarantee since my problem doesnt finish, but i can keep it in a corner of my mind for all this unexpected frozen of my account.
my second thought was my mother country and here comes the racism part, if a big percentage of peoples from one country has criminal behavior does this mean all are the same? 5 fingers arent the same also. i have asked for level 4 verify a payslip with a bank statement prooving my salary IN THE FIRST time printed photographed and uploaded The second time i asked to upload them on PDF because photographs are not accepted as i keep seeing that they messing with me without corporating while i was already upload what they asked for every time before every rejection.

Last update before i lose my head those things are totally not acceptable especially from a certified casino on askgamblers this will be my last update till you answer to me honestly Stake casino cause until now you're just making fun of me.

Support Agent Jovana she told me to MERGE up two pdf files (edit them) and upload them in order to get verify, my payslip and a bank statement that prooving my monthly salary. First i am not a computer technician for having extra knowledge how to edit pdf files i bought a subscription at PDF guru to do this merge, i merge those 2 pdf file i upload them and get rejected again now im asking for photograph my payslip again and upload my bank statement with this payslip. how i will upload 2 files one photographed and one in pdf file while your level 4 let me upload only one file, should i merge them again? Ridiculous things from a certified casino...

Dear askgamblers after a lot of reading from all the complaints on your website, some of them are unresolved some of them resolved and some of them rejected.
If someone could calculate the stability of this casino someone can easily say its 50-50.
From what i read most of their answers starting with the same excuse that they are not able to find the registered name and the email, how ever because im 35 years old not a kid for wasting so much time and already 33 days has been passed.
They havent told me yet the reasons of freezing/restricted my account without even notice me.
Everyday that im gonna open their live chat support agents will tell me totally different things about how to complete the level 4 of verification.
They ask to photograph the files they ask them on pdf they ask me to merge files like i'm a computer technician, after from all this situtation the "MAGIC" of slots has totally dissappear.
Here we dont speak just a simple frustration Slots supposed to be an enjoyable thing....
I want a final answer from Stake casino what files they want specifically in order to complete my verification...

Otherwise RETURN MY DEPOSIT BACK TO MY ACCOUNT.

"dear" stake probably you're trying to make fun of me... i cannot explain this situation somehow...

you're keep dont answering and dont tell me the reason of frozen my account without a prior notice.

As for my payslip i dont receive any paper on my hands from my company, every month on the 4th working day of the month they send me an email with a PDF file that showing my name the name of company how much i take the taxes i have everything you want to see how ever BUT ITS A PDF file.

about the the bank statements i will contact my bank for sending me the whole month statement on PDF.

PS YOUR SUPPORT AGENTS IS THE MAIN REASON OF THE PROBLEM : ONE GUY TOLD ME SEND THEM ON PDF THE OTHER GUY TAKE THEM PHOTO AND SEND THEM THE OTHER GUY MERGE THEM AND SEND THEM....

TAKE A DECISION AND TELL ME HOW YOU WANT MY DOCUMENTS IN ORDER TO UPLOAD THEM PROPERLY FOR NOT HAVING PROBLEMS IN FUTURE

P.S your support agents during my conversations with them told me to upload LAST MONTH payslip and bank statement now you're asking for last 3 months as i pre-said take a decision and tell me what u want exactly
