I am writing to you with a complaint regarding Stake Casino in connection with a serious violation of my consumer rights.
My account name is <personal data removed> and I was a new client of Stake Casino after seeing and being promoting by a greek streamer on kick platform . My account was closed/frozen without prior notice
I contacted customer support to receive an explanation for this situation, but I did not receive a satisfactory response I've sent an email at resolutions@stake.com at 15 February but I never never took an answer .
Recently I've passed level 1 level 2 level 3 verify but on level 4 they asking source of funds. since it's their rule of asking things like that I've upload my monthly salary from the company that I work. every month I'm receiving an email from my company with my salary on a PDF file. they write that they accept pdf files, I've open my emails I've downloaded the file and i just upload it as it is.
REJECTED and this time Stake casino asking for BANK STATEMENT AND PAYSLIP, I've opened the live chat with all this frustration all those days trying to be verified and asking them HOW I WILL UPLOAD 2 different FILES while they letting me to upload only one file on their verification system the answer that I had from their support agent was: put those two pdf file in one..
How I am supposed to edit a pdf file? Plus I think things like that editing pdf files especially files of bank as bank statements is totally illegal... how ever how I am supposed to put 2 different pdf's in one? I never took an answer I will attach all the screenshots that I took while I had the live chat open with them.
P.S the first support agent told me to print my salary take a photo of it and then upload it on their platform meanwhile the second support agent told me 100% different things instead of the first support agent... I'm totally confused and frustrated first they asking source of funds and they accept pdf files I upload the pdf file from my company they reject it and now asking bank statement and payslip and those 2 are 2 different files and they asking me to do them in one file in the name of god the salary that I attached to you isn't on pdf is jpg at their casino I've upload a pdf file as they saying that they accept pdf.
My rights as a client were violated without any explanations or opportunity for defense. I strictly adhered to all the rules and conditions of your platform and did not violate them in any way.
I demand the following:
A full and specific explanation of the reasons for frozing my account .
Additionally, I request that you conduct an independent investigation of this incident and take appropriate measures against Stake Casino in case of violations.
I provide all necessary evidence to support my claims. I expect prompt consideration of my complaint and the adoption of appropriate measures to protect my consumer rights.
