I got told once my account was verified they would speed up my matter and sipped up my withdrawals

They have not done this they have now told me I have to wait until Monday for them to be processed but I’ve waited long enough for all my withdrawals to be processed they were very u helpful and false promises I have read some bad reviews about them holding peoples winnings longer than necessary please help me as I am really scared they are not going to pay me my winning funds. They told me they would push this matter and speed this up for me and as soon as my accounts been verified they would process my funds they have not done this I will also send you another picture of my verified documents on my account

Yes you have paid all my withdrawals but that doesn’t mean the experience and the delayed situations and the lack of support and care I will close this matter if I get some sort of pay out as an apology that’s the least you could do after the awful experience I told a lot of the staff I am dislexic and they didn’t discuss any options for me or discuss my dislexia I felt very put out and felt like no one wanted to help my issue I am appalled

Spinzwins casino made me feel Realy uncomfortable and I felt like I could not trust anyone working for spinzwins casino and I had no support when I said I’m dislexic none what so ever i didn’t think I could reach out I felt ignored and blanked and my experience with this site was appaling and unforgettable in a bad way If you pay me some money as an apology and a big gesture I will forgive this site and maybye one day give it another chance in the future

I would like some sort of payout for the inconvenience and the delayed vertification and delayed withdrawals and the poor service and the lack of support I would consider forgiving this site if they pay out some money as an apology
