I'm writing to complain about Shuffle Casino. Since June 28th, they've been holding my withdrawals totaling up to $11000, and I can't get any updates. I've sent many emails and support tickets, but no one replies.
I've withdrawn money before with no problems, but now my withdrawals are "under review" for no clear reason. I did everything they asked for to verify my account, but still nothing. This is unfair, and I need your help to get my money back.

3.4. You are permitted to have only one Shuffle Account. If you attempt to open more than one Shuffle Account, any and all such accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed, and any sums credited to those accounts will be frozen and may be deducted. If you realise that you have opened more than one registered Shuffle Account you must notify us immediately by email at [email protected].
7.4. Any attempt to conceal your true location through the use of a VPN, proxy, or similar service or through the provision of incorrect or misleading information about your place of residence or location will constitute a breach of these Terms of Service.
Your account has been permanently closed as a result.
