Withdrawal Delays and Lack of Communication
I have been a customer of Shuffle. My recent experience with their withdrawal process has been nothing short of frustrating.
I submitted a withdrawal request and they requested for documents which I provided and was fully approved. My all kyc levels are approved. However, I’ve been repeatedly told that my documents are under review by the compliance team manually . Despite my daily follow-ups, I have been given no clear indication of when the review will be completed or when my withdrawal will be processed.
I was informed that no specific timeline could be provided, which is extremely frustrating as a customer. It’s unacceptable to be left in the dark for such a long period without any concrete updates.
I’ve reached out several times, but I continue to receive the same generic response, with no real explanation or effort to expedite the process. As a result, I’m left feeling like my funds are being unfairly withheld, and there is no transparency in the process.
I am disappointed with the lack of communication, and I would expect better service from a platform of this nature. I urge the company to address this matter with urgency and provide clear and transparent communication to their customers.
I have two withdrawals pending $10,000 and $17,800 totalling $27,800 in which I deposited total of $23,200 (so it’s not I won a lot).
Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend Shuffle to others, and I hope they take swift action to rectify this situation.
