I’ve been using Shuffle.com without any issues until now, having successfully withdrawn tens of thousands in the past. However, my most recent withdrawal request—$5,849.47—has been stuck in limbo for over a week with no resolution.
Initially, support gave vague responses about a Compliance review, but that communication has now completely stopped. Despite this, the site continues to allow deposits and gameplay, which makes the situation even more unacceptable. If an investigation is truly underway, it should not take over seven days with zero transparency or updates.
