No payment of winnings for 2 weeks

Hello Ask Gamblers community!

I'm having a problem with Rockstar Casino.
On January 9th, I won a small amount of €560. I was playing for cash. I tried to request a withdrawal, which is limited to €500 per day, but the system kept returning an error: LС_error
I contacted support, but their recommendations to try clearing cookies and using a different browser didn't work.
On January 11th, I logged into the casino again and noticed in the profile section that my account wasn't verified. I immediately verified it and was able to request a withdrawal of €450.
I waited four days for a payout, got nothing, and contacted the chat on January 15th.
They told me payouts take 2-5 business days. I waited some more, but nothing happened.
I contacted the chat on January 19th, and again they kept promising and asking me to wait.
On January 21st, nothing had changed—the same promises and no action.
Ten business days have passed, and I can't believe their finance department is so overloaded that they can't process a cryptocurrency payout; it takes less than a minute. They simply don't want to pay.

Are you reopening my complaint to justify yourself?
Nice move, but it won't work :)
It's been 44 days since I submitted my withdrawal request, and the money has been returned to my balance. Nothing else has changed. I still believe scammers have no place on a reputable website!
