Withdrawal rejected several times

Hello, I'm asking for help withdrawing funds from RioPlay. I've been trying to withdraw my funds since April 10th, a small amount of PLN 794 (approximately EUR 185). My account is verified, but the withdrawal is canceled every time due to incorrect transfer details. I've tried withdrawing to three different account numbers, and the result is the same each time.

I also suggested that the casino process the withdrawal itself into my account or indicate exactly what's wrong.

There's been no cooperation from RioPlay other than a reply that they're working on it. It'll be a month soon.

Hello, I confirm that I received my funds today. Thank you, AskGamblers, for your help. However, I don't understand this approach to RioPlay customers. You haven't been able to respond to me for almost a month, and today you responded within a few hours. This approach to customers doesn't bode well for you.

We would like to clarify that currently we are unfortunately unable to process PLN withdrawals via AGPay or SEPA transfer. This is the reason why your previous withdrawal attempts to bank accounts were not successful.
However, your account remains fully active and verified, and we can offer alternative withdrawal methods which are available and fully supported at the moment:
• MiFinity
• Cryptocurrency withdrawal
At this stage, these are the most suitable withdrawal options for your account and region. Once you select one of these methods and submit a new withdrawal request, our team will gladly assist further if needed.
