I made a withdrawal request of €500 on July 28, 2024 and a second withdrawal request on July 29, 2024 but today, August 8, 2024, I still have not been paid.
I contacted customer service and support but no solution was found. I have at your disposal the transcripts of the various exchanges as well as screenshots of my withdrawal requests.

My request concerns 2 withdrawal requests of €500 each. One request on July 28th for an amount of €500 and one request on July 29th for an amount of €500, for a total amount of €1000.
