Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am writing to request your assistance with a concerning issue I am facing with Posido Casino. On 28.08.24, I requested a withdrawal of €500 from my account < email removed >. The casino claims that withdrawals are processed within three days, but it has now been four days, and I have yet to receive my winnings.

Despite the casino’s promises, I have not been asked to verify any documents, nor have I received any communication explaining the delay. I have reached out to customer support several times, but they have failed to provide a clear answer or timeframe for the payment.

I am feeling increasingly frustrated by this situation and am unsure of what steps to take next. I kindly request your help in resolving this matter and ensuring that my winnings are paid out without further delay.
