Delayed Payment 2600CAD
Hi, I have been attempting to withdraw $2,600 CAD (daily max) for the last 72 hours. Original withdraw was cancelled as my account required further verification - completely understandable. My account was finally verified Tuesday 4am AST. It has been over 48 hours and they have now cancelled 5+ additional withdraws to my original payment method (e-transfer). They then asked me to switch my withdraw method to bank transfer as the etransfer option was not working. Cancelled again. The emails tell me to ask live chat, but live chat only tells me they are sorry & to request a new withdraw. When I ask for additional information they tell me it is a technical issue that requires escalation. I have checked in with Livechat several times and there is no progress or updates being made, and the latest withdrawal continues to pend. Supporting screenshots attached.
