In the screenshot provided a prone number is shown which is not connected to the country of the player since people can get a phone number of another country and simply move. Additionally, the city field does not have a validation parameter.

We are still investigating how the glitch that let Abdulaziz77 register his account and deposit happened since our casino is banned to all the restricted countries we mention in the T&C. At this point, it has been agreed with the management to refund the winnings because of the glitch on our side counting it's the only case in its instance.

Abdulaziz will be contacted on email, most likely, by our support team requesting an alternative payment option so he can be refunded.

Our team is grateful to Askgamblers team and Abdulaziz77 for bringing the issue up and helping us find the improvements to the gaming experience that are being made at the moment. Your feedback and support on the issue will eliminate the glitch for future players.
